Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate cancellations, please follow our guidelines.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@ohmgatelier.com.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as products enter the processing stage, where our artisans begin crafting your custom piece.
Full refunds are issued for valid cancellations within the timeframe, processed within 5-7 business days.

Due to the bespoke nature of our handcrafted items, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with artisan commitment.

We do not provide refunds for products once shipped, as each item is uniquely crafted to order.
In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered, we will review the issue and provide an exchange or store credit upon verification.
Refund requests for other reasons must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to approval.

We aim to ensure perfect fit and quality. Exchanges are available under specific conditions.

Exchanges are allowed only for sizing issues, defective products, or damaged items upon receipt.
Items must be returned unused, with all tags intact, and in original packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by OHMG Atelier for valid cases; otherwise, the customer is responsible.
